How do I check my points?
Log in to your account, then tap the maroon Rewards button floating on any page of our site (or the button at the top of this one). Your balance will be right there waiting for you.
How do I use my points at checkout?
Open the Rewards panel, choose your reward, and we'll give you a discount code on the spot. Enter that code at checkout and watch the total drop. Easy as (apple) pie.
Why don't I see my points on my account page anymore?
Shopify recently updated how account pages work for all stores, and points no longer appear there. Don't worry — every point you've earned is safe and sound. This page and the Rewards button are your new home for all things points.
Do I need an account to earn points?
Yes — points are tied to your account so we never lose track of them. Creating one takes about a minute, and you'll earn 200 points just for joining.
